Hey, I’m Andrea! A nurse, wife, and health + wellness enthusiast.

After spending years in healthcare, I realized I wanted to create something that gave me more flexibilty with my time without walking away from my passion for helping people live healthier lives.

I’ve always been passionate about wellness, plant-based nutrition, and finding ways to support our bodies and live well. So when I found a business that allowed me to combine that passion with the opportunity to build an income of my own, it felt incredibly aligned.

So, I made a decision.

Instead of spending more of my life trading hours for income, I decided to build something that could give me more flexibility, more choices, and more time for what matters most.

Today, I’m building an online health and wellness business alongside my nursing career, with systems, mentorship, and an incredible community supporting me every step of the way.

And now I’m passionate about helping other women see what may be possible for them, too.
